It is an offence for a print manufacturer or promoter to publish printed election material without an imprint.

Does my election material need an imprint?

Yes, this is a legal requirement. An imprint is typically the name and address of the printer and the name of the people involved in producing it such as the promoter or election authority. "Printed by | Promoted By | On Behalf of"

Include names and addresses and print them in a legible font on the same side as the content.  You can't print an imprint on the back of election campaign materials. Be sure to take into consideration the safe zone so that this information does not get cut in the trimming pricess.
