Unlocking milestone reward credits the easy way

Loyalty Milestone Reward credits are available to everyone! After reaching the minimum spend and job thresholds, at the end of each month your monthly spend is converted into reward credits and express upgrades to be redeemed against your orders the following month.

How do I sign up?

To begin the process, simply fill in the form and provide us with your company details.

You must opt in to the Tradeprint Loyalty Programme to receive your rewards, benefits and exclusive offers

We will check your credentials to ensure the Tradeprint PRO membership is best for you.

Once you are all signed up, you can start working towards building your credits to save on next month’s spending.

How does it work?

Once your membership application is approved, you can start working towards earning your benefits straight away. Aim to reach the £250 threshold over 5 jobs per month to start earning rewards.

By the fifth day of each month, Tradeprint will automatically grant you a credit. This credit is determined by your total spend in the previous month, in line with the specified thresholds. You can easily see this information in your account area.

The credit you’ll receive for the upcoming month is calculated based on the total amount spent on print jobs (excluding VAT, shipping, and Artwork services). To qualify, your order must have the artwork uploaded and approved, and it should be in the production phase. Any orders that are cancelled or refunded won’t contribute to your spending total.

Please be aware that custom quotes do not contribute to your credit calculation.

For example, if you spend £5,000 in one month and place 15 jobs or more, you’ll receive a Tradeprint PRO credit worth £750. This credit can be used on Tradeprint purchases only in the following month.

It’s important to note that rewards cannot be carried over; any unused rewards will expire at the end of the month.
