You can order full colour printed banners in a range of sizes and finishing options to suit indoor or outdoor display needs. These banners are printed on durable, weather-ready material with vibrant inks.

Eyelets are small metal or recyclable polycarbonate rings added around the edges that make it easy to hang your banner with cords, hooks or ties. If you’re using stands, poles or wall mounts, eyelets help secure the banner in place.

Large format printing works differently from standard paper printing. Because banners are viewed from a distance and printed large, 150 dpi gives crisp results without unnecessarily large files.

Yes. Include a 3mm bleed area (extra design beyond the trim edge) so your artwork prints right to the edge after finishing. This helps avoid thin white outlines. You will need to be mindful of a 50mm safe zone on printed banners, so don’t add anything important in this border area.

If you have different designs for multiple banners, you have two options. The first is simply place each design as a separate item. The second is using the “Different Designs” option. If you selected “2 Designs” and “Quantity 25” you would receive 25 of Design 1 and 25 of Design 2. The product specification and quantity per design will be the same, but will always be the quantity selected multiplied by the number of different designs.

You can pick hemmed or unhemmed. Eyelets are positioned 20mm from the edge of the banner and spaced approximately every 500mm - evenly spaced for strength.

Because screens and printers use different colour systems, final printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Ensuring art is CMYK rather than RBG in your files helps reduce surprises.

It is not a card, it is a flexible, water-resistant substrate offering good tensile (Warp 2290 / Weft 2190 N/5cm ) and tear strength (Warp 730 / Weft 690 N )

This is exactly what makes these banners reliable. You can take them to multiple locations and reuse them over and again. We recommend that you shy away from specific dates and content that may become quickly outdated, so you can keep reusing these. Be sure to dry them off before storing them for longer periods between shows and events.

Yes. If you prefer a clean edge with no eyelets, you can select the banner without eyelets product on the website. This product can only be printed with eyelets.

Submit your artwork as a print-ready CMYK PDF at 150 dpi resolution at final size. This is the recommended setting for large banners so that images and text print clearly without huge file sizes.

Please supply as a CMYK PDF. Ideally a PDF:x1a 2001 if you can.

A minimum font size of around 18 pt and a thicker line weight help ensure your design doesn’t lose detail when printed large – we suggest nothing smaller than 2pt. For best legibility, avoid very small text or thin lines

Yes. These banners are robust and suitable for outdoor use. We use high-quality, tear-resistant 440gsm material, 260gsm wind-resistant mesh, or sustainable 400gsm high strength banner material.

Yes. We offer a free file check of 60 checks, or you can choose “file assist”, so a member of the PrePress team will check and fix your file, or we can design it and print it from start to finish at an additional cost.

Printed banners are a good bet for this type of use. The eyelets make them easy to hang on existing structures without damaging them with adhesives. They should be wiped clean and dry before being rolled or folded and sent back to storage. Be sure to keep them stored somewhere suitable if being kept for long periods of time.

You might also consider roller banners as they roll up and down inside a protective cartridge and a carry case but these are more appropriate for indoor use.
