How To Set Up Design Files For Heavyweight Booklets For Print

For Heavyweight Booklets, please submit artwork as one file in running order.

For example, a 40 page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with 40 pages running in page order.

Heavyweight Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.

To ensure optimal results, it is advisable to avoid placing words, page numbers, or images too close to the edges of each page. Additionally, for Saddle Stitched brochures, we recommend maintaining a safe zone of at least 5mm on all sides. We highly recommend the application of lamination for booklets with extensive ink coverage. Lamination acts as a protective layer, helping prevent marking caused by ink transfer or rubbing during transit or storage. Applying lamination throughout the booklet also results in sturdier, more durable pages that are wipeable and resistant to everyday handling.
