Please note that Foamex is a non-porous material, which means there is always a potential for ink bleed. Our tolerance is currently set at 0.25mm, so we recommend maintaining at least 1mm of space between any elements that should not merge or overlap, such as gaps between text, letters, and QR codes, to ensure accuracy and legibility.

If you require cutting to a custom shape and drill holes, please supply your file in the following format:

Drilling path – A 100% Yellow spot colour named Cut contour drill with the line weight set to 0.25pt.
Cut path – A 100% Magenta spot colour named Cut contour with the line weight set to 0.25pt. How to create a custom cut shape for a rigid board.
All paths should be stroke paths and contain no fill. We also recommend that drill holes centres are positioned at least 25mm from the edge and the path is at least 5mm in diameter. _______________________________________________________________________________
