Choose our Dibond signs for permanent internal or external use. These weather, rust and fade resistant display boards are extremely durable.
Top tip: To make your boards last even longer and prevent scuffs and scratches, add a gloss or matt lamination to the front.
Once you have placed your order you can upload your print ready artwork. Please allow 3mm bleed on all sides, and supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably in PDF/X1a format, with all fonts outlined or embedded. Please ensure your resolution is 150dpi and your design is at a scale of 1:1. If you require drilling please read our technical specifications below or download our templates for a guide.
Our Dibond Signs are extremely durable. With rust, fade and weather resistance, these resilient aluminium composite sheets last for years. This signage is made from a polyethylene core sandwiched between two sheets of aluminium and is 3mm thick.
Dibond print will last up to three years outdoors and indefinitely indoors.
To get the very best out of your boards, we recommend a gloss or matt lamination to the front. Gloss will give colours an added vibrancy, making images really stand out. Matt will give an elegant, muted finish for a more subtle feel.
Printed Dibond boards are recommended for shop and fascia signage, events and exhibitions.
If you want your sign to really stand out, why not order a special shape? We can cut almost any shape: ovals, circles, triangles, even speech bubbles.
Get your Dibond Boards pre-drilled to make hanging as convenient as possible. You can tailor this to meet your needs, simply indicate on your artwork where you'd like the drill holes.
Do you have more than one design that you need printing? To order multiple versions or sets of this product, simply select how many different designs you require in the box marked ‘kinds’.
UK shipping is free, exceptions apply.
Please supply your artwork as a CMYK PDF:
Custom shape boards
Page 1 – artwork for print.
Page 2 – artwork visual showing the cutting guide overlaid in 100% magenta.
Page 3 – 100% magenta vector cutting guide. The cutting guide must consist of one solid keyline (no cut outs).
If you reqiure cutting to a custom shape and drill holes, please put these together on your overlay on page 2 and as a magenta cutting guide on page 3.
We would also not advise using an overly complex cut line. (Shapes that are too complex may be rejected at prepress stage). We recommend that cutting lines have curves rather go in to a point. This will make your shape easier to cut and safer as dibond is aluminium and can be sharp when cut.
