Setting Up Design Files For Correx®
Please add a 3mm bleed on all sides.
Supply your file in full CMYK print.
For best printing results, supply a PDF file format – What is a PDF x1a:2001?
Embed all fonts, alternatively, you can outline them.
The resolution of images should be 150 dpi.
Safe Zone should be at least 5mm away from each edge, ideally 10mm for the best results.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend using a minimum of 18pt font size and 2pt line weight for all 150dpi products.

Custom shape boards
If you require drill holes, please supply your file with marks showing the exact positioning on the board. We require the drill hole position to be marked on the artwork as a circular path with 0.25pt line weight. We recommend that drill holes centres are positioned at least 25mm from the edge and the path is at least 5mm.

We would also not advise using an overly complex cut line. (Shapes that are too complex may be rejected at prepress stage). We recommend that cutting lines have curves rather go into a point.
