Yes. Dibond’s flat, smooth surface delivers sharp detail and vibrant colour reproduction. The base colour is white, so any elements of design without ink will display as white.
It is white and non-porous which means there is always a potential for ink bleed. Our tolerance is currently set at 0.25mm, so we recommend maintaining at least 1mm of space between any elements that should not merge or overlap, such as gaps between text, letters, and QR codes, to ensure accuracy and legibility.

Yes. Your templates are in the template section above. Simply download and overwrite them. There is also a very useful guide on custom-cut boards on our helpdesk. In essence: Supply both your 'Artwork' and 'Cut contour' on the same layer, just ensure that the 'Cut contour' is set above your artwork graphics. Set your 'Cut contour' to 100% magenta and ensure you tick the 'Overprint Stroke' tab in your document to avoid this being printed. Our recommended minimum radius for cut-to-shape elements is 10 mm, and the minimum recommended width is 50 mm.
Dibond is ideal for permanent signage, shop fascias, exhibition panels, architectural signs, wayfinding, and high-end indoor or outdoor displays.
Dibond is significantly more rigid and durable. It won’t warp easily and offers excellent longevity, even in harsh conditions. It's the go-to for permanent signage, whereas foamex and Correx are best for short-term or temporary use.
Dibond is heavier than plastic boards but lighter than solid aluminium, offering a strong yet manageable solution for mounting.

Yes. Dibond is designed for long-term use and is one of the most durable rigid signage materials available.
We offer predrilled options you can choose from and templates you can download to make sure everything is printed and drilled as you need it. Drill holes are 5mm wide. If all sides of the part are 400mm or more, drill holes will be placed 30mm from the edges. If any side is less than 400mm, drill holes will be placed 15mm from the edges.
Yes, it’s possible. Our custom-sized DiBond signs are from 100mm – 1200mm wide and 100mm to 2400mm high. Therefore, your maximum size in one single print could be 1200mm x 2400mm
