What are Dibond Signs?  Dibond is an aluminium composite sheet which can replace the need for heavier metals.  Signs printed on Dibond comprise two thin aluminium sheets sandwiched around a different core material.

It is strong and durable yet lightweight and is less likely to rust than other metals.

  • 3mm white aluminium - If you don't add any background to your artwork, the white aluminium will show through in those areas, meaning the white aluminium will be visible where no ink is applied.
  • Single-sided print
  • 6mm pre-drilled holes for hanging
  • Ideal for outdoor signs
  • A4-A0 & custom-sized signs -add your design

Dibond Sign Printing

As a permanent feature, Dibond signs are our favourite material to make a statement.  

The Dibond aluminium finish gives a really smart and expensive look to a sign but they are remarkably inexpensive to produce.

Printed directly onto Dibond using advanced latex ink technology for a smooth, durable, and high-quality finish. We use 3mm Dibond with a 0.15mm aluminium skin, weighing 3.64 kg per square metre — strong, sturdy, and built to last

Dibond signs are great for small businesses that want to have a really professional look.  We love them not only as business signs but as menus and price lists that can be displayed prominently in a shop or salon.

The durability of a dibond sign is of paramount importance if you need a sign that can stand up to UK weather.  When properly affixed via the pre-drilled holes, these should withstand the elements of a drizzly Monday or a windy Wednesday plus, the aluminium won't rust or fade.

When supplying artwork for a profile cut board please follow the below steps:

Custom shape boards  

If you require cutting to a custom shape and drill holes, please supply your file in the following format:  

  • Artwork for print 

  • Cut path – A 100% Magenta spot colour named Cut contour with the line weight set to 0.25pt.  

All paths should be stroke paths and contain no fill. 

Drill Hole Guidelines

  • Drill holes are 5mm wide.
  • If all sides of the part are 400mm or more, drill holes will be placed 30mm from the edges.
  • If any side is less than 400mm, drill holes will be placed 15mm from the edges.
  • Make sure to keep important design elements away from these drilling areas.
