Selecting the ideal options for your brochure is a straightforward process. We provide a range of paper choices, from the natural feel of 90gsm uncoated to the premium quality of 170gsm silk or gloss. Additionally, you have the option to select cover materials that offer readers a tactile preview of what awaits inside. If you desire the utmost in luxury, consider a 300gsm paper for a truly opulent brochure experience.

One of our most popular forms of brochure is the A5 portrait. This small and compact brochure has ample space to display high-resolution images and crisp text. And due to its size, fits snuggly in your back pocket or purse. We do offer multiple different sizes, from DL to A4. Needing something a little more unique? choose a custom size and enter the dimensions you need and we will produce your brochure to the required size.

Technical Specifications for Saddle Stitched Printing

Setting Up Design Files For Saddle Stitched Booklets

For help with booklet printing visit the resource Hub where we have a handy booklet help section. For Saddle Stitch Booklets, please submit artwork as one file in running order from front cover to back cover.

For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with the front cover as page 1 and the back cover as page 40, with 38 pages running in order inbetween.

Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.

It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for saddle-stitched brochures.

  • Outline or embed fonts
  • 300dpi resolution
