Boss it with Brochure Printing

Brochures are tangible, physical marketing materials that potential customers can grasp, peruse, and take with them, creating a lasting impression that digital channels often struggle to match. The weight of the paper, the texture of the finish, and the flow from page to page all work together to build trust, reinforce your brand, and elevate how your business is perceived.

They are an essential tool for both businesses and event organisers, offering a powerful way to tell your story in a compact, well-structured format. Brochures allow you to present key information clearly and professionally, whether you’re introducing your brand, promoting a product range, or guiding readers through a service offering. From image-led designs to content-rich layouts, brochures can be tailored to suit your message and your audience, creating an intuitive flip-through experience that feels considered and engaging.

Brochure printing is incredibly versatile, making it suitable for a wide range of use cases. Businesses often use brochures as product catalogues, price guides, or company profiles to hand out at trade shows, networking events, or in-store. They’re also ideal for service menus, welcome packs, onboarding materials, and sales leave-behinds. Event organisers frequently choose brochures for programmes, schedules, exhibitor listings, or visitor guides, while charities, schools, and community groups rely on them for fundraising campaigns, prospectuses, and informational handouts. Even hospitality and tourism brands use brochures to showcase destinations, menus, and experiences in a way that feels immersive and easy to explore.

Selecting the ideal options for your brochure is a straightforward process. We offer a range of paper choices to suit different purposes and budgets, from the natural, writable feel of 90gsm uncoated paper to the smooth, premium finish of 170gsm silk or gloss. You can also choose cover materials that give readers a tactile preview of what’s inside, helping your brochure feel more substantial and considered.

One of our most popular formats is the A5 portrait brochure. Compact yet impactful, it provides ample space for high-resolution images and crisp, easy-to-read text, all while being small enough to slip neatly into a pocket, handbag, or literature rack. We also offer a wide range of sizes, from DL through to A4 and square brochures, giving you flexibility depending on how and where your brochure will be used.

Saddle-stitched brochures are the quiet workhorses of print. Neatly bound, easy to flick through, and cost-effective without feeling cheap, they suit a wide range of real-world applications. Here’s a clear, practical list of common use cases for up to 64 pages of content and copy. For longer brochures, consider a perfect-bound booklet:

Setting Up Design Files For Brochure Printing

For help with printing brochures visit the Resource Hub, where we have a handy booklet help section. For Saddle Stitch Brochures, please submit artwork as one file in running order from front cover to back cover.

For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with the front cover as page 1 and the back cover as page 40, with 38 pages running in order in between.

Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.

It is recommended that you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for saddle-stitched brochures.

  • Include 3mm bleed on all sides
  • We recommend a 5mm (ideally 10mm) safe zone for a better finish
  • Supply as a CMYK PDF
  • Outline or embed fonts
  • 300dpi resolution

For more guidance on how to successfully set up and submit your artwork, see our booklets and brochures help pages.
