Choose perfect bound booklet printing for your client’s premium brochures and catalogues. Using a PUR adhesive, these brochures are built to last and can handle heavy paper stocks and a high page volume. Mix and match from a wide range of cover and inner stocks and select custom sizes up to A4.
Perfect Bound printed booklets have gained significant popularity in both the creative and professional industries. Their allure lies in their lavish cover materials and impeccable precision finish, making them a highly sought-after option for brochures with a substantial number of pages.
Our perfect bound books are meticulously crafted through a two-step process. First, the inner pages are grouped together, while the outer cover is printed separately. These elements are then seamlessly combined by glueing the inner pages to the inside of the cover at the spine. The result is a sturdy and long-lasting structure capable of withstanding extensive use.
Understanding the value of customisation to our customers, we provide a wide selection of paper stocks, cover materials, and sizes. This allows you to create your very own perfect bound book by choosing the ideal combination that best suits your needs.
Perfect binding gives a premium finish to any document and is the ideal solution for shopping catalogues, education textbooks, company brochures, authors and more.
Whatever your requirements, our range of Perfect Bound books is sure to deliver. Use our handy spine width calculator above to calculate the width of your Perfect Bound spine based on the options you have selected.
We aim to produce order quantities of 500 and below using our state-of-the-art digital facilities, while larger quantities are produced using our modern litho presses.
For Perfect Bound Booklets, please submit artwork as two files.
One file is the cover pages, submitted as a spread including the spine. Please use our spine width calculator to ensure you have the correct spine size.
NOTE: We recommend adding lamination to the cover pages for protection. During production, the spine is glued to the inner pages using a clamp which may cause scuffing or printer marks around the spine area and any other heavy ink coverage area on the cover. - More information.
If lamination is not desired, we advise reducing any graphics or background colours crossing into the outer and inner spine area.
If you need some advice on how to set up images that cross overspreads, see our article here - Tips on setting up a Perfect Bound Book with crossover images and text.
