Magazine printing is particularly ideal for projects with a lower page count, typically ranging from 8 to 64 pages. Our magazines are meticulously crafted by folding sheets of paper and stapling them along the fold line, resulting in a sleek and professional appearance reminiscent of an open saddle.

When it comes to customisation, the options are endless. Choose from custom sizes ranging from A6 to A4 to perfectly fit your vision. Select from a wide array of inner paper stocks and cover paper stocks to achieve the desired look and feel for your magazine. For best results, opt for one of the 6 cover laminations available to enhance durability and aesthetics, ensuring your magazine stands out and leaves a lasting impression.

You can order A4 and A5 in portrait or landscape from just 1 copy. If you’re after a different size, you can still order from just 1 when choosing 130gsm or 170gsm self-cover. For all other options, the minimum order is 25.

Setting Up Design Files For Magazines

For help with magazine printing, visit the resource Hub where we have a handy booklet help section. For magazines, please submit artwork as one file in running order from front cover to back cover. These are printed as saddle-stitched booklets.

For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with the front cover as page 1 and the back cover as page 40, with 38 pages running in order inbetween.

Magazines must contain a page total divisible by 4.

It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for saddle-stitched brochures.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• We recommend a 5mm (ideally 10mm) safe zone for a better finish

• Supply as a CMYK PDF

• Outline or embed fonts

• 300dpi resolution
