  • Embed all fonts, alternatively, you can outline them.
  • The resolution of images should be 150 dpi.
  • Safe Zone should be at least 5mm away from each edge, ideally 10mm for the best results.
  • If you choose to have drill holes, please keep all important elements at least 25mm away from the drilling area.

Drill Hole Guidelines

  • Drill holes are 5mm wide.
  • If all sides of the part are 400mm or more, drill holes will be placed 30mm from the edges.
  • If any side is less than 400mm, drill holes will be placed 15mm from the edges.
  • Make sure to keep important design elements away from these drilling areas.

Please note that Signs are a non-porous material, which means there is always a potential for ink bleed. Our tolerance is currently set at 0.25mm, so we recommend maintaining at least 1mm of space between any elements that should not merge or overlap, such as gaps between text, letters, and QR codes, to ensure accuracy and legibility.
