Please download the templates for your specific product to assist in setting up your artwork file. When submitting artwork, please send us two files: one with the template visible and overlaid on your artwork, and another with the template removed, displaying only your artwork. We use the first document to check your files are accurate and we will proof and print the second document.

  • Supply your print-ready artwork in CMYK colour only.
  • Include 10 mm of bleed on all sides, and that any full-bleed images cover the entire area surrounded by the bleed line
  • Leave a minimum of 10 mm safe zone between the text and the trim lines.                                               
  • The final product may differ by up to 5mm from the original file submitted,  please bear this tolerance in mind when creating your artwork.
  • Images should be supplied at 300 dpi.
  • To ensure the best results, think about how the box will look when assembled, ensuring all images are orientated correctly.

Custom Printed Cardboard Boxes For Online Businesses

Anyone who sends things in the post as a business could use these custom printed shipping boxes. They can be custom designed to specific requirements and are sent out flat packed for self-assembly and ease of storage. These shippers require packaging tape for construction and this will also be provided.

These can be used in two ways.  
Firstly, these can be used as a branded or custom designed mailer box - simply pop the goods in the box and send it out with love. Job is a good'un.

Secondly, these can be used as outer packaging alongside our Customer Printed Mailers. Depending on how big a brand impression you want to make. Using both would double the effect and give added protection for the goods inside but would incur an extra cost. Using both might be a good call for more delicate products or for specific occasions when the brand needs to do the talking.

UK shipping is free, exceptions apply.

How to make your box

  1. The product is delivered flat
  2. Fold over the side tab
  3. Stick the double-sided tape to the tab
  4. Fold the box in half, so it sticks to the double-sided tape
  5. The box is now ready to use

How To Set Up Design Files For Printed Shipping Boxes

Our Shipper boxes are printed on either a double sided white E and B-flute Corrugated Board or a brown E and B-flute Corrugated Board. They are are single walled and 1.8mm thick. E-flute board is commonly used for shipper and product packaging due to the very fine flute, slimness and is great for print reproduction.

Design Shipping Boxes Online with 3D Preview

We have made creating your packaging even easier with our Design Online with 3D preview experience. Once you have selected the attributes for your packaging, simply click on the “Design Online” button and you will open the Design Online page. Here, you can design your packaging and see in real-time a 3D model of your creation. Choose from pre-loaded fonts, shapes, and patterns to customise your design. Alternatively, you can upload your own graphics to keep your branding consistent.

Once you have completed your design, simply click on the “Review & Confirm” button, and your design will automatically be uploaded and sent off to print.
