Custom paper bags are produced from durable kraft paper, available in either natural brown kraft or white paper stock. The material is lightweight yet strong, with a paper thickness of around 0.13 mm, making the bags sturdy enough for everyday retail use. They have a twisted handle making them stronger than those with a simple paper handle.
Our custom paper bags are available in three sizes to suit different products:
Small: 225 × 190 × 80 mm
Medium: 300 × 220 × 100 mm
Large: 340 × 260 × 140 mm

Yes. Custom paper bags are printed using full-colour CMYK inkjet printing, allowing detailed graphics, gradients, and photographic images to be reproduced clearly on the bag surface.

Each bag is designed with a strong structure and twisted paper handles, allowing it to carry items up to approximately 6 kg. This makes them suitable for packaging products such as clothing, gifts, cosmetics, or small retail purchases.
Yes. You can choose from small print areas, large print areas, or full all-over printing. All-over printing covers the outside of the bag and can even include the inside lip of the bag for a more premium branded look.
Yes. These bags are plastic-free and widely recyclable, making them a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic carrier bags while still providing strong and professional packaging.
Artwork should be supplied as a print-ready PDF file containing either vector graphics or high-resolution images to ensure accurate printing. If you don’t feel confident creating print-ready files, you can use the free online design tool. It has a handy 3D preview so you can see live changes as you design.
For optimal results when creating your design:
Use high-resolution images (300 dpi)
Keep text at 8 pt or larger for readability
Outline or embed fonts in your PDF
Convert strokes to shapes and flatten artwork before uploading.
