Our pull out boxes are available in a range of sizes, stocks, and finishes, allowing you to create the perfect packaging for any product. Simply choose the box size you need. If you wish to prolong the lifespan of the box we suggest choosing one of our lamination options. You can select from matt, gloss or soft touch to give added protection to your print. Please note, if you do opt for a lamination, this reduces the recyclability of this product. We have made creating your box even easier with 3D design online. With this option, you can create 3D models of the product you have selected and visualise it in a unique way. You can test different fonts, colours, and patterns to create an accurate representation of your product. The 3D design online tool has made the process of designing products faster, more efficient and accessible regardless of your skill set.

We have a range of premium materials to choose from

• 380gsm Classic Card – This material is a matt white card that is coated on one side. This can only be printed on the front and offers a lightweight and rigid structure. This paper stock allows you to print vibrant and bold colours that will give your packaging the eye-catching appearance that you are looking for. This material can be gloss, matt or soft touch laminated.  

• 320gsm Premium Card - Unlike coated cardstock, which has a glossy or matte finish, the premium uncoated card has a natural and textured surface that feels more tactile and organic to the touch. This texture adds a sense of sophistication and elegance to the printed material, which is a popular choice for high-end retailers. This material can not be laminated.  

• 320gsm Embossed Card - The rough finish of this cardstock is achieved by adding fibres and other materials to the paper during the manufacturing process. This creates a textured surface that is slightly uneven and rough to the touch. This material can not be laminated.  

• 380gsm Brown Card - One of the advantages of using brown card is its sustainability. The use of recycled or kraft paper makes it an eco-friendly choice for those who want to reduce their environmental impact. Another benefit of using brown card is its durability. The fibres used in its manufacturing process are strong and sturdy, making it a robust material that can withstand wear and tear, ideal for any packaging product. This material can not be laminated.  

• 400gsm Two-Sided Coated Card - Card coated on both sides for perfect image reproduction. Its stiffness makes it highly durable, and ensures elasticity without the risk of breakage. This material can be gloss, matt or soft touch laminated.

For optimal print quality, please follow these guidelines:

• Vector Paths: Must have a minimum weight of 0.25 pt.

• Fonts: Embed all fonts in the PDF or convert them to curves/paths. The minimum recommended font size is 6 pt for accurate print reproduction.

• Color Mode: All files must be in CMYK.

• Resolution: The optimal resolution for print files is 300 ppi.

• File Format & Scale: Submit files in PDF format at a 1:1 scale.

• Bleed & Margins: A 5 mm bleed is already included. Ensure that all text is placed at least 3 mm away from the cut line to prevent trimming issues.
