• 380gsm Classic Card – A matt white card coated on one side. This lightweight yet rigid material provides excellent colour vibrancy and is printed on the outside only. Available with gloss, matt, or soft-touch lamination.

• 400gsm Two-Sided Coated Card – A double-coated card offering outstanding image reproduction on both sides. Its durability and elasticity prevent breakage, making it ideal for premium packaging. Available with gloss, matt, or soft-touch lamination.

Technical Specification for Gable Boxes

• Download our PDF template above

• The vector paths must have a weight of at least 0.25 pt. Fonts should be embedded in the PDF or converted into curves/paths. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt.

• Supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/x1a

• 300dpi resolution

• The required bleed of 5 mm from the edge will already be in place. Leave a minimum of 3 mm between the text and the cut line.
