  • 300gsm Embossed Card - A natural card made from pure cellulose, with a rough surface and ivory colour.
     
  • 320gsm Premium Card - A premium-quality uncoated card made from pure cellulose. The special treatment on both sides provides a textured effect and ensures bright and sharp printing.
     
  • 350gsm Brown Havana - 100% recycled brown pulp-dyed paper. The smooth and even surface offers excellent printability. Suitable for all converting processes.
     
  • 380gsm Ultra-Thick Paperboard - A matt white paperboard, coated on one side, It is lightweight, yet at the same time as rigid as a heavier, unthickened cardboard. Ideal for producing high-quality and durable packaging.

Custom Printed Boxes

Are you looking to launch a new beauty product? Or perhaps a special gift for someone? Bespoke custom cardboard boxes truly give you the flexibility to create a packaging experience like no other. Created using premium cardboard material, these boxes can be printed on both the outside and inside. They are supplied flat, meaning you can save on space, and build them up when they are needed. Super-fast to build as they have an interlocking bottom that locks into place and an easy-to-open and close lid. So, no need for sticky tape to secure these boxes.

To give you added flexibility, you can order from as little as a single unit. Perfect for a one-off custom gift for someone.

It’s simple to customise your bespoke box, as all you need to do is input the dimensions that you require (height, width, and depth) and then create your artwork using our intuitive 3D Designer software. This easy-to-use designer allows you to see in real-time what your finished box will look like. This lets you be as creative as you want, and any changes you make you will be able to see before you send off your design to print.

How To Set Up Design Files For Custom Printed Boxes

We have made creating your packaging even easier with our Design Online with a 3D preview experience. Once you have selected the attributes for your packaging, simply click on the “Design Online” button and you will open the Design Online page. Here, you can design your packaging and see in real time a 3D model of your creation. Choose from pre-loaded fonts, shapes, and patterns to customise your design. Once you have completed your design, simply click on the “Review & Confirm” button, and your design will automatically be uploaded and sent off to print.
