Babies look cute in anything, but the youths are a little more discerning…to that end we have got you covered with personalised heavy cotton t-shirt printing in adolescent sizing.  We have all the colours although we understand that grey, black and beige with certain tones of green and blue tend to win over the youth these days, better still if it is emblazoned with the branding from their favourite YouTuber or TickToker!

T-shirt Specifications:

  • 100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey knit. Sport Grey: 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester. Graphite Heather: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester.
  • Weight: White 170gsm, Colours 180gsm.
  • Seamless twin needle 3/4" collar.
  • Taped neck and shoulders. Tearway label.
  • Twin-needle sleeve and hem bottoms.
  • Quarter-turned body to eliminate centre crease.

Once you have placed your order you can upload your print-ready artwork. Please supply as a CMYK PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded and with a resolution of 300dpi and no bleed. Download our templates below to assist with setting up your artwork. Ensure that your background is transparent, as any remaining background colours, including white, will be printed. Personalised Children’s T Shirt Printing

Teens are not as full of energy as they once were; age doesn’t come alone *sigh* but they need t shirts that can handle the constant laundering of childhood and the teen years. That’s why we offer high quality Gildan® Heavy Cotton™ t-shirt that is up to the challenge.

These kids’ t-shirts are made from 100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey knit which is a soft cotton that feels smooth on your child’s tender skin so no worries about tactile defensiveness such as sensitivity to scratchy fabrics or synthetics that might cause sweatiness or discomfort.  The Sport Grey and Graphite Heather have a higher content of polyester so please bear that in mind when choosing your colour.

Our t-shirts are available in loads of colours, as you would expect and come in sizes from XS 16" S 17" M 18" L 19" XL 20".

Washing Instructions:

  • Machine wash 30 degrees
  • Inside out, with like colours.
  • Only non-chlorine bleach.
  • Tumble dry medium.
  • Do not iron if decorated.
  • Do not dry clean.

Artwork Upload 

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

  • Full front and back prints are positioned approximately 10mm from the neckline.
  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  
  • Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  
  • White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
