Personalised Children’s T Shirt Printing

These t-shirts are ideal if you are looking to do a bulk order for drop shipping, to stock your shop with your own designs, or to sell your art, printed on a t-shirt.  The market for children’s clothing is voracious and your designs need to be out there to make people smile.  You’re a designer, we can print so, together we can launch or support your designer kidswear lines! 

These tops are made from 100% Ringspun cotton with exceptSport Grey which is made from 90% Cotton and 10% Polyester.  Their construction makes them comfy and soft yet hard-wearing enough to stand up to the demands of a child.  We know that some kids have challenges with sensory dysfunction, and we hope that the 100% cotton make-up and construction of these t-shirts won’t leave them feeling uncomfortable.

Washing Instructions:

  • Machine wash 30 degrees
  • Inside out, with like colours.
  • Only non-chlorine bleach.
  • Tumble dry medium.
  • Do not iron if decorated.
  • Do not dry clean.

Artwork Upload 

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

  • Full front and back prints are positioned approximately 10mm from the neckline.
  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  
  • Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  
  • White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
