With our Catalogue printing service, you can create an immersive and interactive experience for your audience. Whether you're producing wholesale, clothing, or furniture catalogues, we're here to help you craft prints that truly engage.

Select from a variety of paper stocks and sizes to perfectly match your requirements and bring your vision to life. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality prints that leave a lasting impression on your audience at every turn.

For a catalogue that withstands wear and tear while maintaining its quality appearance, we recommend adding lamination. This protective coating not only enhances durability but also guards against scuffing marks, particularly on the spines where there's full ink coverage.

Custom Catalogue Printing

Our catalogues created from Perfect Bound Booklets, have gained significant popularity across various industries, thanks to their luxurious cover materials and flawless finish. Perfect binding provides a premium finish, making it ideal for products, shopping, or home decor catalogues.

Crafted through a meticulous two-step process, our perfect bound books ensure durability and resilience. First, the inner pages are assembled, and the outer cover is printed separately. Then, these components are seamlessly combined by adhering the inner pages to the cover at the spine, resulting in a sturdy structure capable of withstanding extensive use.

Recognising the importance of customisation, we offer a wide array of options, including paper stocks, cover materials, and sizes. This allows you to tailor your perfect bound book to your exact specifications.

Key features include:

  • Custom sizes up to A4
  • 12 internal paper stocks
  • 7 cover paper stocks
  • 3 cover laminations
  • Page counts ranging from 40 to 240
  • Orders starting from as little as 1 book

Whether you need just a few or a larger quantity, we've got you covered. We utilise state-of-the-art digital facilities for order quantities of 500 and below, while larger quantities are produced using our modern litho presses.

UK shipping is free, exceptions apply.

How To Set Up Design Files For Perfect Bound Books & Catalogue Printing

  • For Perfect Bound Booklets, please submit artwork as two files.

    • One file is the cover pages, submitted as a spread including the spine.  Please use our spine width calculator to ensure you have the correct spine size.

    • The second file should be the inner pages, submitted with individual pages in running order.
    • For example, for a 40-page brochure, please supply an inner PDF of 36 pages and a cover PDF of two pages – page 1 being the outside cover spread and page 2 being the inside cover spread.

  • Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.
  • It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 10mm for Perfect Bound.
  • To ensure the best possible finish, please leave the inside spine and 5mm on either side of the spine blank as the glue works better on areas with no print.

NOTE: We recommend adding lamination to the cover pages for protection. During production, the spine is glued to the inner pages using a clamp which may cause scuffing or printer marks around the spine area and any other heavy ink coverage area on the cover. - More information.
If lamination is not desired, we advise reducing any graphics or background colours crossing into the outer and inner spine area.

If you need some advice on how to set up images that cross overspreads, see our article here - Tips on setting up a Perfect Bound Book with crossover images and text.
