• 440 gsm PVC – A reliable, vibrant solution perfect for indoor or short-term outdoor use. This material produces crisp, high-resolution prints that bring logos, photos, and colours to life—ideal for booths, stages, and branded backdrops.

• 320 gsm PVC-Free – A recyclable alternative that delivers the same professional finish. Its dense, woven structure ensures durability for repeated use, while maintaining excellent print clarity and strength.

• 260 gsm PVC Mesh – The go-to choice for breezy outdoor environments. Its breathable weave allows air to pass through, reducing strain on fixings—perfect for open-air markets, festival fences, or larger outdoor frames.

All banner materials are chosen for their print fidelity, durability, and event versatility. Our PVC-free option includes access to UK recycling programmes where available.

Optional black cable ties (300mm, packs of 50) can be added for fast, secure installation on frames, fences, or temporary stands.

Technical Specifications

Artwork Set Up For Event Banners

• Please supply artwork at a scale of 1:1

• Eyelets are automatically positioned 20mm from the edge of the banner and are then spaced every 500mm (approx.) apart.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• Safe Zone Requirement, 50mm from the trim edge - don't place anything of importance here in case it gets the chop in the finishing process.

• Supply as a CMYK PDF - What is a PDF:x1a 2001 PDF?

• Outline or embed fonts

• 150dpi resolution

• Printing in large format is different to printing on paper products. To avoid disappointing results, we recommend aminimum font size of 18pt and a line weight of 2pt for this product. Please have a look at our Help Centre article for more details.
