Airmesh Polyester offers a versatile, lightweight, and resilient option for outdoor graphics, designed to excel in a wide range of applications. While traditional PVC mesh is typically rolled to maintain a smooth finish, Airmesh can also be folded, providing added flexibility for more convenient and cost-effective shipping, transport, storage, and installation.

At 105 gsm, Airmesh is exceptionally lightweight, making handling and installation easier for users and fitters. This reduced weight is especially valuable for large displays or multi-panel projects. Despite being lightweight, the 100% polyester construction, excellent airflow capability, and machine-sewn hems create a strong and reliable material that is well suited to challenging outdoor environments. In addition, Airmesh banners are supplied with durable, rust-free plastic eyelets spaced at approximately 1m intervals, ensuring long-term performance in all weather conditions.

Produced entirely from polyester rather than PVC, Airmesh offers an appealing option for customers and organisations seeking alternative material choices or working within specific material guidelines. Its enhanced airflow also makes it well-suited to breezy or exposed locations where stability and durability are essential.

Airmesh is a perforated textile that sits between banner and flag fabrics, offering excellent show through, vibrant dye-sublimation printing and dependable resistance to scuffing. Standard finishing includes triple folded hems, all produced to match your chosen specifications.

To get the best results, here are the technical specifications:

• Please supply artwork at a scale of 1:1

• Include 50mm bleed on all sides

• Supply as a CMYK PDF - What is a PDF:x1a 2001 PDF?

• Safe Zone Requirement, 50mm from the trim edge

• Outline or embed fonts

• 150dpi resolution

• Eyelets will be automatically positioned at 1-metre intervals if selected.

• To avoid disappointment, we recommend a minimum font size of 18pt and a line weight of 2pt for this product. Please have a look at our Help Centre article for more details
