Upgrade your packaging with our custom kraft paper bags — a smart, durable option for retail and promotional use. Made from either natural kraft or white paper stock, these bags are lightweight yet sturdy, with a paper thickness of 0.13 mm and a strong build that can carry up to 6 kg. Each bag features twisted handles for easy carrying and is designed for long-lasting performance. Paper bags offered in quantities from 25 up to 50,000.

With three defined print areas and the option for full-colour, double-sided printing — or even full-surface print — these bags offer excellent customisation to suit your brand.

Widely recyclable and plastic-free, these bags help your business make a polished, professional impression while supporting more sustainable packaging choices.

Printing Details: The all-over print includes exterior print and print on the inside lip of the bag (lip size varies by bag and is shown on templates). The small and large print options include exterior print only; the interior remains white or brown based on the paper stock.

Available in three convenient sizes:

• Small: H 225 x W 190 x D 80 mm

• Medium: H 300 x W 220 x D 100 mm

• Large: H 340 x W 260 x D 140 mm

Each bag comes with set print areas to suit your design – whether you're keeping it simple or going bold. There's also an option for full all-over print if you're after maximum impact:

• Small Bag: Small Print Area – 170 × 45 mm Large Print Area – 170 × 185 mm

• Medium Bag: Small Print Area – 200 × 105 mm Large Print Area – 200 × 260 mm

• Large Bag: Small Print Area – 240 × 125 mm Large Print Area – 240 × 300 mm

How To Print Paper Bags

Full colour inkjet printing uses nozzles to print tiny droplets of CMYK ink directly onto the surface of the product. This method allows for high-resolution images, gradients, and photo-quality prints with vibrant detail. It’s ideal for short runs, personalised designs, or artwork that includes multiple colours and fine detail. Inkjet printing works best on flat surfaces and products designed to absorb or hold ink evenly.

Design Online 

We’ve made creating your artwork even easier with our Design Online tool. Simply upload your logo, text, or graphics and position them on the canvas to create a ready-to-print file—no fuss. 

Artwork Upload 

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file.  

When submitting artwork for all-over print, please provide two files:

1. Artwork with Template Visible – for checking placement and sizing.

2. Artwork without Template – this will be used for proofing and printing.

Small and Large Print Areas: These can be supplied as artwork only, without the template overlaid.

Top Tips:  

• Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  

• Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  

• Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  

• Flatten your design and avoid using overprint settings to ensure all elements print exactly as intended.  

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.
