Each bag is crafted from 140gsm Brown Biokraft paper, a durable, damp-resistant material made from specially selected pulp to ensure a smooth, uniform finish. This paper stock is both recyclable and compostable, making it a sustainable choice.

For added structure, red bags are made from 160gsm KBM paper.

Handles are made from twisted paper, with black and red bags featuring colour-matched handles, while all other colours are paired with classic brown handles for a timeless look.

We use single-colour flexographic printing that is ideal for bold, monochrome designs that are clean and uncomplicated. Your artwork will be printed centrally on both sides of the bag, with a fixed print area of 150 x 80 mm, keeping your branding clear and consistent.

Technical Specifications for Custom Printed Bottle Bags

Flexographic printing is a direct, single-colour relief process that uses a specially made plate to transfer ink onto a surface. It’s best suited for printing simple, bold, single coloured graphics that aren’t overly detailed. Commonly used for flexible materials like paper and plastic bags, this technique is ideal for straightforward designs

Artwork Upload If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. Top Tips:

• Avoid fine lines and intricate details.

• The minimum printable font size is 20 pt, whilst the minimum line weight is 2 pt.

• Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.

• Don’t use gradients in your design

• Ink may spread slightly —avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.
