Hanging your Foamex signs is hassle-free with the option for pre-drilled holes. Simply order with drilling and indicate on your artwork where you'd like the 5mm drill holes to be placed, and we'll take care of the rest.

If you're planning to print multiple designs, we've got you covered. Easily order multiple versions or sets of Foamex signs by specifying the number of different designs you require in the designated 'kinds' box.

Technical Specification for Welcome Signs

Printing on Foamex

Please add a 3mm bleed on all sides.
Supply your file in full CMYK print.
For best printing results, supply a PDF file format – What is a PDF x1a:2001?
Embed all fonts, alternatively, you can outline them.
The resolution of images should be 150 dpi.
Safe Zone should be at least 5mm away from each edge, ideally 10mm for the best results.
If you choose to have drill holes, please keep all important elements at least 25mm away from the drilling area.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend using a minimum of 18pt font size and 2pt line weight for all 150dpi products.

To add drill holes, follow these instructions:

Prepare your file with clear marks indicating the precise positioning on the board for the drill holes.
Mark the drill hole positions on the artwork using circular keylines with a 100% magenta colour. Ensure the keylines have a 5mm diameter.
Position the drill holes at least 25mm away from the edge of the board.
Submit your file with these specifications to ensure accurate and properly located drill holes in your project.
