Dibond board printing is the perfect solution for all types of businesses. Made from high-quality aluminium, this type of signage can be used outdoors and indoors, to maximise the lifespan and your investment. 

  • Available on 3mm thick white aluminium
  • Standard and custom sizes are available

  • Drill holes are now available as a preset option and no longer need to be included in the supplied artwork.
  • Design online
  • If you don't add any background to your artwork, the white aluminium will show through in those areas. So, the white aluminium surface is visible where no ink is applied.

We recommend using Di-bond signs for outdoor businesses like car garages, construction companies, outdoor events and more.

  • Please add a 3mm bleed on all sides.
  • Supply your file in full CMYK print.
  • For best printing results, supply a PDF file format – What is a PDF x1a:2001?
  • Embed all fonts, alternatively, you can outline them.
  • The resolution of images should be 150 dpi.
  • Safe Zone should be at least 5mm away from each edge, ideally 10mm for the best results.
  • If you choose to have drill holes, please keep all important elements at least 25mm away from the drilling area. 
  • To avoid disappointment, we recommend a minimum font size of 18pt and a line weight of 2pt for this product. Please have a look at our Help Centre article for more details.

Dibond Signs

Our Dibond Signs are extremely durable. With rust, fade and weather resistance, these resilient aluminium composite sheets last for years. This signage is made from a polyethylene core sandwiched between two sheets of aluminium and is 3mm thick.

Dibond print will last up to three years outdoors and indefinitely indoors.

Printed Dibond boards are recommended for shop and fascia signage, events and exhibitions.

Printed directly onto Dibond using advanced latex ink technology for a smooth, durable, and high-quality finish. We use 3mm Dibond with a 0.15mm aluminium skin, weighing 3.64 kg per square metre — strong, sturdy, and built to last

Get your Dibond Boards pre-drilled to make hanging as convenient as possible. You can tailor this to meet your needs, simply indicate on your artwork where you'd like the drill holes.

Do you have more than one design that you need printing? To order multiple versions or sets of this product, simply select how many different designs you require in the box marked ‘kinds’.

Please note: If you need a wipeable surface on your Dibond board, please select the gloss lamination option as this finish is suitable for use with dry wipe markers.

Drill Hole Guidelines

  • Drill holes are 5mm wide.
  • If all sides of the part are 400mm or more, drill holes will be placed 30mm from the edges.
  • If any side is less than 400mm, drill holes will be placed 15mm from the edges.
  • Make sure to keep important design elements away from these drilling areas.

Please note that Dibond is a non-porous material, which means there is always a potential for ink bleed. Our tolerance is currently set at 0.25mm, so we recommend maintaining at least 1mm of space between any elements that should not merge or overlap, such as gaps between text, letters, and QR codes, to ensure accuracy and legibility.
