Making sure your product gets delivered to your customer exactly as it should is a high priority for any business. Our Heavy Duty Cardboard Boxes do that job and do it very well.
There are two materials to choose from, 380gsm White Card and 350gsm Brown Card. The White Paperboard material is excellent at displaying vibrant colours in your design, the Brown card looks great without any print, but looks better with a black contrasting design. No matter what material you choose, you’ll be on to a winner.
These boxes can be customised on the outside to promote your business's branding and give your customers an inkling to what’s inside. It will take a lot of beating before the box's contents are compromised.
If you wish to prolong the lifespan of the box we suggest choosing one of our lamination options. You can select from matt, gloss or soft touch to give added protection to your print. Please note, if you do opt for a lamination, this reduces the recyclability of this product.

Make sure you choose the correct size for your product and take into consideration if you wish to include any paper documentation, additional items, or extra protection around the item (such as bubble wrap or eco-friendly wrap) It is important to note measurements have been taken from the exterior of the box.
The reinforced white honeycomb core gives these boxes extra structure and stability during shipping and guarantees that your product gets to your customer just as you intended it to.
We have made creating your box even easier with 3D design online. With this option, you can create 3D models of the product you have selected and visualise it in a unique way. You can test different fonts, colours, and patterns to create an accurate representation of your product. The 3D design online tool has made the process of designing products faster, more efficient, and accessible regardless of your skill set.

We have made creating your packaging even easier with our Design Online with 3D preview experience. Once you have selected the attributes for your packaging, simply click on the “Design Online” button and you will open the Design Online page. Here, you can design your packaging and see in real-time a 3D model of your creation. Choose from pre-loaded fonts, shapes, and patterns to customise your design. Alternatively, you can upload your own graphics to keep your branding consistent.
Once you have completed your design, simply click on the “Review & Confirm” button, and your design will automatically be uploaded and sent off to print.
