Our custom-printed, full-colour food pouch packaging offers a professional solution for showcasing your products. Designed for durability and functionality, these pouches are ideal for single-use applications and suit a wide variety of food types. Whether packaging snacks, dried goods, or beverages, these flexible pouches provide a clean, modern look that attracts consumers while protecting your food.

The pouches feature a 25.7mm Euro slot or hanging hole for easy retail display, with an optional resealable press-seal zip to maintain freshness after opening. Alternatively, choose machine or heat sealing with the “none” option. Printed with low-migration inks, the colours stay vivid without compromising the quality of the contents.

We offer three material options to meet your needs:

• Paper outer with aluminium inner (High Barrier): A combination of paper, aluminium, and PE for superior moisture, aroma, and UV protection, perfect for keeping food fresh and secure.

• Transparent Film (High Barrier): A sleek material made from PET, PE, and EVOH, blocking oxygen and aromas while offering visibility of the product inside.

• Recyclable Paper (High Barrier): A 110 µm mix of paper, PE, and EVOH, offering excellent moisture and aroma defence for dry foods (not suitable for oily items).

Top tip: Our pouch packaging is always sent out open at the top, regardless of whether it is ordered with or without a zip. We recommend heat sealing the pouches, even if they have a zip seal, to ensure the contents remain protected during shipment.

These pouches are designed for room temperature or below storage. They can withstand temperatures up to 70°C for up to 2 hours or 100°C for 15 minutes. The plastic layer in contact with food meets the requirements of EU Regulation 10/2011, ensuring safety and compliance.

Technical Specification For Food Pouch Packaging

When supplying artwork for Flexible Packaging Pouches, please send us two files: one with the artwork template visible and overlaid on your artwork, and another with the template removed, displaying only your artwork. We use the first document to check your files are accurate, and we will proof and print the second document •    Artwork layer named “Artwork” containing the CMYK artwork for print •    Include 10mm bleed on the top, left and right edges. •    This product has a recommended 7mm safe zone between the trim edge and important internal design features. •    Supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably in PDF/x1a format •    Outline or embed fonts •    300dpi resolution •    If you require a White underpin (on transparent materials) please ensure you have a spot colour named “White” (case sensitive) and set at 100% Cyan. Please ensure the white underpin graphics are on their own layer named ‘White’. Please make sure that this is set to overprint and is a vector not a bitmap image. The White layer should sit above the Artwork layer in your layer panel. (Our templates have these layers and spot colours in place for your convenience)
