Unfinished Sheets

SRA, or "Supplementary Raw Format A,"  are commonly known as "Flat Sheets" or "Unfinished Sheets". These larger SRA sheets are designed to accommodate multiple artwork jobs, making them an efficient choice for high-volume printing.

Currently, we don’t have that option for SRA unfinished sheets. We only offer standard lamination on SRA products. 

We recommend that you supply your print file with the crop marks set to the printable area. And if you require crop marks for your own usage for cutting down the designs, then please feel free to do so.

Due to the mass manufacturing process, there may be up to -/+ 10% tolerances in your final page count. This is common with print manufacturing. We recommend that you add an extra quantity to your order to accommodate this.

For example – If you order 200 sheets, we recommend ordering a total of 220.

We ship our unfinished sheets on wooden pallets. This keeps the paper flat during transport and is easier to move from one machine to another without damaging the sheets.

We give you the maximum print area available on each version of the sheet. The paper needs to run through the printed with the help of rollers and clamps around the perimeter of the sheet. If any ink was in this area, then it may damage the print. Therefore, we restrict the available print size down to accommodate this.

On our Just Print service, we cannot check for registration as this is an automated system. On File Check and above, we will ensure that the registration marks align up on both sides of your SRA unfinished sheet.

Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed and any artwork is approved. We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe provided; however, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers, which are beyond our control.
