Technical Specifications for City Pack Cooler Backpack

Heat transfer printing is a method where your design is first printed onto a special transfer paper and then applied to the product using heat and pressure. This process allows for vibrant, full-colour results and is ideal for detailed images, gradients, and complex artwork. It’s commonly used for textiles, tote bags, and promotional items where high-resolution visuals are a priority.

Top Tips:  

  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  
  • Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  
  • White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
