How do I join the Tradeprint PRO programme?

Joining the Tradeprint PRO programme is simple. Begin by filling out the online form below with your details and company information. You will need to sign up to the Tradeprint PRO Loyalty Programme to receive PRO exclusive rewards, benefits and promotions which will be sent to you by email. 

Once we have received this, we will verify that your details are correct and add you to the Tradeprint PRO membership. 

We will make sure you are supported all the way through the process. 

Tradeprint PRO membership is exclusively offered to customers at the discretion of Tradeprint. Each membership is tied to a unique customer reference number, and the policy strictly prohibits multiple memberships for a single customer. 

Please be aware that Tradeprint verifies the information you provide and reserves the right to suspend membership in cases of improper or fraudulent conduct.

What are the benefits of the Tradeprint PRO programme?

Tradeprint PRO offers the chance to receive a Tradeprint PRO credit every month proportionate to the amount you spent the previous month. If you exceed the entry spend threshold (£250) and place a minimum of  5 orders, by the fifth day of the following month Tradeprint will automatically reward you with a credit based on your total spend from the month. 

The monthly spend used to generate the credit for the following month is based on the total you have spent on completed print jobs (excluding VAT, shipping, and Artwork services). Your order must have the artwork uploaded, approved and be in production. Cancelled and refunded orders will be removed from your spend total.  

You can unlock credit milestones as you spend allowing you to receive 5%, 10% or 15% back in credits for the following month, along with unlocking free Express upgrades.

For example, if you spend £5,000 and place 15 jobs or more in month 1 you will be awarded a Tradeprint PRO credit by the 5th day of the next month, worth £750, to spend with Tradeprint by the end of that month. 

As a Tradeprint PRO member you may also benefit from additional product discounts. You will see these products in strikethrough format when logged into your account. Dependent on your monthly spends and job numbers, you may also be eligible for exclusive access to the restricted Tradeprint PRO membership promotional discounts and credits plus free Express delivery upgrades, business reviews, spend audits, sustainability workshops and other tailored member benefits

Please note it may take 2-3 working days following registration for the Tradeprint PRO programme to be active on your account and you need to be opted into the Tradeprint PRO Loyalty Programme to receive your rewards credits and PRO member incentives by email. 

What is a Tradeprint PRO credit?

A Tradeprint PRO credit is a reward given to you on the 5th of each month if you meet certain spending goals in the previous month. This credit is valid until the end of the next month. 

To earn Tradeprint PRO reward credits, your spending in the previous month is calculated by the 5th of each month. You need to exceed a minimum spending threshold and place at least 5 orders to qualify. The spending calculation excludes VAT, shipping, and artwork services. Your order must also have approved artwork and be in production. 

When you reach a spending threshold, you earn a set monthly credit of either 5%, 10% or 15%. You can use this credit after it’s generated, but it expires at the end of the month, and any unused credit is lost. 

If you don’t meet the minimum spending threshold, won’t earn any credit rewards. 

Tradeprint PRO commonly asked questions

Your Tradeprint PRO credit is valid for the month in which it has been issued and cannot be reinstated once expired. Any rewards or benefits cannot be carried over to the following month. 

When signed in you will be able to see your available credit within the Tradeprint PRO area in ‘My Account’ and a summary of the transactions which will contribute to your following month’s credit. You will also be able to see your available Tradeprint PRO credit as you process an order through your basket as long as you are signed into your account 

No, credit is applied to the entire order. If you decide to use a credit on an order, you must use it for all print jobs within that order. It will be automatically divided between all of the items. if you decide to redeem your credit, and your available credit is in excess of the order, the credit will be redeemed to the full amount of the order. You may choose to reverse the use of the credit before proceeding through the checkout and pay in your usual way allowing you to retain your available credit for a future order. 

No, you cannot use a Tradeprint PRO credit on an order that contains items on special offer.

No, totals accrued on different accounts cannot be combined, even if they belong to the same person or company. To take advantage of the programme, all orders must be placed using the same account. 

When signed in you will be able to see your available credit within the Tradeprint PRO ‘My Account’ area. In addition, any credit which you have available will be shown in the basket and you can redeem against an order at this point. You will also have access to a personalised PRO dashboard tracking your monthly spend and number of orders. 

If you have uploaded your artwork and the job has been confirmed and in production (which means it cannot be cancelled), this will count towards your eligible spend threshold in October. 

Yes, you are but you may be on the Essential Discount Level based on your historical spend with us. To move up to a discount tier with more strikethrough product discounts, you will need to meet the minimum spend criteria and our team will review this. 

No, only orders received via our website count towards your monthly credit accrual. Bespoke quotes by their nature have special discounts applied already and for the Tradeprint PRO to be a sustainable programme we are unable to offer double discounts. 

You do not need to renew your Tradeprint PRO programme membership as there is no expiry date. 

Yes, failing to reach the threshold for a month means you miss out on the Tradeprint PRO monthly credit but does not prevent you taking part in the programme. 

Absolutely not – you will not have to pay a membership fee.

When placing an order, you can decide not to use your Tradeprint PRO credit at all and save it for a future order. However, make sure you use it in the month it was generated before it expires.
