  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.
  • Avoid overlapping paths - combine elements into one continuous graphic.
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer - avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.
  • White ink will be printed as a base layer, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
  • No need to mirror artwork.

DTF Gang Sheets

Our 56 x 100cm DTF gang sheets are trusted by a wide range of businesses and creators. They’re a go-to solution for clothing brands, custom t-shirt printers, and Etsy or online store owners selling personalised apparel. Schools, sports teams, and event organisers use them for uniforms and branded gear, while graphic designers and artists rely on them for high-quality merch production. They're also ideal for promotional companies managing giveaways or branded apparel for corporate events.

How to Apply Your DTF Transfers:

Our heat transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blends, as long as the fabric is smooth and even. We recommend you use a heat press for the best precision and consistency..

Applying with a Heat Press:

  1. Pre-press your garment to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  2. Cut out the transfer and position it on the fabric, artwork facing up.
  3. Cover the transfer with baking paper or a Teflon sheet.
  4. Press at 150°C for 10–15 seconds using medium pressure (3–4 bar).
  5. Let the transfer cool for about 3 minutes, then gently peel off the top film.

Washing & Care Instructions:

To keep your transfers looking fresh and vibrant:

  • Wait 24 hours after application before washing.
  • Wash at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn garments inside out or cover the design before ironing.
  • Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid dry cleaning.
  • Tumble drying is possible, but line drying is recommended for longevity.

Technical Specification for DTF Transfers

DTF transfers are applied using a combination of heat and pressure, allowing you to personalise a wide range of garments, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, drawstring bags, jeans, and more, provided the fabric has a smooth, even surface. These transfers adhere well to cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends. We recommend you use a heat press for the best precision and consistency.

Once applied, the transfer is ultra-thin, soft to the touch, and built to last. For optimal results, we recommend using detailed vector graphics over solid colour images, as this brings out the full potential of the DTF printing process.

Top Tips:
