For instance, supervisors might wear one colour, while general workers wear another, streamlining communication and coordination.

Non-employees, such as visitors or guests, may be required to wear a different coloured vest to signify their temporary status on-site, ensuring they are easily identifiable by staff. Emergency responders, such as medical first aiders, may wear our paramedic green hi-vis vests to indicate their role during an emergency situation, facilitating swift and efficient response.

Our hi-vis vests are made from durable 100% polyester, ensuring durability. Available in a range of sizes, they accommodate various body types and preferences. Their lightweight design makes them easy to store and transport, perfect if you're a sales rep visiting a construction site or a construction worker carrying your uniform to work. With cutting edge digital printing technology, DTG printing produces sharp, long-lasting prints that retain their vibrancy even after repeated washes. This process ensures your designs stand out with remarkable clarity and colour depth.

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  
  • Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  
  •  White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
