Travel Mug Printing FAQ
What are your delivery times?*
Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed and any artwork is approved. We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe provided; however, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers, which are beyond our control.
How do you print a travel mug?
Easily because we have all the equipment. All you need to do is upload your design using our Online Designer and we will print and send white labelled. Delivery is free.
Are travel mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Please refer to the “Technicial Specifications” tab on the corresponding product page.
What support is available for travel mug printing?
We offer various design and artwork services to help you create your Mug. If you’re all set up select ‘Just Print’ and we’ll do just that using your print ready PDF. If you want upload a JPG, PNG or EPS you can do this through our online designer. Simply select how you wish to proceed after you’ve added the product to the basket. If you need a hand to use our online designer, our friendly Customer Success team are on hand just a call away!
What colours can I print in?
Currently we can only print single colour. If you require a full colour print, please contact our team for a Bespoke Quote.

Yes, many of our travel mugs are insulated to keep drinks hot or cold for extended periods. Double-wall or vacuum-insulated mugs provide the best temperature retention, keeping beverages hot for several hours or cold throughout the day.
