Can I print on both sides of a plastic card?

We offer single and double-sided printing on the lanyard allowing for complete coverage for your designs. 

What material are the plastic cards?

You can choose either White or Transparent 760µ PVC for our plastic cards.

What size are the plastic cards?

Our plastic cards come in a standard 86cm x 54cm size.

Do the plastic cards come with accessories like lanyards?

Lanyardsare not included by default but can be ordered separately. We also offer hole drilling if you need cards to be lanyard-ready.

Can membership cards be used with loyalty or POS systems?

Yes, our cards can be printed with barcodes, magnetic strips or QR codes, making them compatible with most loyalty and POS systems.

What’s the minimum order quantity for membership cards?

You can order from as little as 25 cards, with cost-effective pricing as your quantities increase.

Can I print white on the transparent PVC cards?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to print white ink on transparent PVC material. Any white areas in your artwork will appear transparent once printed, so please bear this in mind when setting up your design.

What file format should I upload my artwork in?

Please upload a high-resolution PDF set up in CMYK colour mode, with all fonts outlined and images embedded. This helps ensure your design prints exactly as you intended.

Do you provide templates to help set up my design?

Yes, we offer downloadable templates for all plastic card types, including lanyard and membership cards. Each template includes trim lines, bleed, and safe zones to help you get everything aligned perfectly.

What bleed and safe area should I allow?

We recommend adding a 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork. Keep all important text, logos, or design elements at least 5mm inside the trim edge to avoid anything being cut off during finishing.

Can I personalise each card with names, barcodes or membership numbers?

No, personalisation isn’t available on our plastic card range at this time. Each order must use a single design across all cards, so variable data like individual names, barcodes or membership numbers cannot be printed.

Do you check my artwork before printing?

We carry out a basic preflight check to catch common issues, such as low-resolution images or missing bleed on our File Chcek and above services. However, we don’t make any design changes, so it’s always best to double-check everything before submitting your file.

Can lanyard cards be printed with consecutive numbers?

Unfortunately, this isn’t something we offer as standard. If you contact our sales team, they can advise whether this may be possible based on your requirements.
