Our lanyards are printed in full-colour CMYK using advanced dye-sublimation techniques on high-quality white polyester. This ensures that your lanyard features vibrant, long-lasting colours that stand out and endure through daily use.
For added safety, our lanyards come equipped with a safety buckle, also known as a breakaway clasp. This essential feature is designed to release under pressure, significantly reducing the risk of strangulation or injury if the lanyard becomes caught or is pulled on too hard. This safety feature is especially important in workplaces such as industrial sites, healthcare facilities, or educational environments, where regulations often require lanyards with safety buckles to protect employees and visitors near machinery or other potential hazards.
Our lanyards measure at 20mm x 900mm, featuring a durable clip for attaching keys, fobs, or ID cards. For additional protection, you can opt to include a PVC holder, ideal for safeguarding your ID cards or passes. These holders are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate different ID card dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit for your needs.
To further enhance your lanyard, consider adding a custom lanyard card. These cards can be printed double-sided, with options for luxurious silver or gold foil accents. We also offer the possibility of adding magnetic properties to your custom cards, making them even more functional and eye-catching.

The lanyards are printed upon white subli- polyester in CMYK which allows for full colour reproduction as well as printing solid block colours. Lanyards are printed using dye-sublimation on to white polyester which ensures longer lasting, bright colours. We print them double-sided however, if you would only like the outside printed and the inside left white, please supply us with a 2 page PDF, page 1 being your CMYK artwork and page 2 being blank.
• Include 3mm bleed on all sides
• Supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably in PDF/x1a format
• Your artwork must be double sided. If you require only the outside printed please supply a 2-page PDF, the 2nd page being blank.
• Outline or embed fonts
• 300dpi resolution
