Unfortunately, we’re unable to print white ink on transparent PVC material. Any white areas in your artwork will appear transparent once printed, so please bear this in mind when setting up your design.
Please upload a high-resolution PDF set up in CMYK colour mode, with all fonts outlined and images embedded. This helps ensure your design prints exactly as you intended.
Yes, we offer downloadable templates for all plastic card types, including lanyard and membership cards. Each template includes trim lines, bleed, and safe zones to help you get everything aligned perfectly.
We recommend adding a 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork. Keep all important text, logos, or design elements at least 5mm inside the trim edge to avoid anything being cut off during finishing.
No, personalisation isn’t available on our plastic card range at this time. Each order must use a single design across all cards, so variable data like individual names, barcodes or membership numbers cannot be printed.
We carry out a basic preflight check to catch common issues, such as low-resolution images or missing bleed on our File Chcek and above services. However, we don’t make any design changes, so it’s always best to double-check everything before submitting your file.
