Once you have placed your order you can upload your print ready artwork. Please allow 3mm bleed on all sides, and supply as a CMYK PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded and with a resolution of 300dpi.

Finished size should be:

  • A4: 210 x 297mm (216 x 303mm including bleed)
  • A3: 297 x 420mm (303 x 426mm including bleed)

Event Essentials

Printed Placemats complete every table setting, from weddings and events to restaurants and cafes. Offer your customers even more ways to promote their company with personalised Placemats. Promote the desserts and drinks menu, personalise the place settings at a wedding, or use as a fun activity sheet to entertain the kids. Uncoated paper Placemats can be written on, and therefore are the perfect option for disposable menus and kid’s activity sheets.

Choose from A3 or A4 sizes and from a range of stocks including 90gsm, 120gsm, 170gsm and 300gsm Premium Smooth White Paper, 250gsm Art Paper with Silk or Gloss Finish, and 350gsm Recycled Uncoated.

Printing is available on one side only, and you can order from 50 to 100,000 units.

We aim to produce order quantities of 500 and below using our state of the art digital facilities, while larger quantities are produced using our modern litho presses.

Technical Specifications for Paper Placemats

When designing your artwork from scratch, we recommend that you download our templates that will assist you in your design. You can find our templates under the 'Artwork Template' drop down. 

  • Include 3mm bleed on all sides
  • 3mm safe zone (ideally 5mm if possible)
  • Supply as a CMYK PDF
  • Outline or embed fonts
  • 300dpi resolution
