NCR books have a safe zone of 10mm. There is also a perforated edge, making the printable area smaller than the ordered size.
Non-Printable Area - Please be aware that there is a non-printable area surrounding the page. Ensure that no graphics, background colours or text creep into this zone. Please see our Help Centre article.
Drilling - If you would like to drill on your NCR, then please download our Drilling template and supply 2 pages. One for print and one with the drilling template overlaid showing the drill hole positions. Check out our help centre article.
Numbering - If you would like Numbering on your NCR, then please supply 2 artwork files, 1. your print-ready artwork, and 2. your print artwork with a guide overlaid with the location you would like the numbering to be. Check out our help centre article.
Numbering and Drilling - If you would like your NCR with numbering and drilling, then please supply 2 pages. One for print and one with the drilling template overlaid AND the numbering position information
If you are selecting double-sided print, we suggest using 70% black for the reverse to avoid show-through.
You can print on the top sheet either single or double-sided. The 'copy' papers are printed single-sided only.
Ensure all annotations and form fields are flattened before upload as these may otherwise drop out / be removed.

NCR Books are the ideal choice for creating personalised invoice or receipt books. Designed for security and convenience, they are bound in a sturdy book format, keeping your records well-organised. Each book contains 50 sets of numbered or unnumbered NCR paper, stitched along the left-hand side for stability. Available in 2-part, 3-part, or 4-part formats, these books are built for repeated use, making them a reliable choice for businesses.
Top Tip: Please note only the top sheet is double-sided. Avoid highlighting or adding background colours to sections meant for writing (e.g., the "Total" field on an invoice). Doing so may prevent the text from transferring onto the duplicate sheets.
