Once you have placed your order you can upload your print ready artwork. Please allow 3mm bleed on all sides, and supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably in PDF/X1a format, with all fonts outlined or embedded. Please ensure your resolution is 150dpi and your design is at a scale of 1:1. If you require drilling or a custom shape, please read our technical specifications below or download our templates for a guide.

Our Foamex Menu Board is a lightweight PVC reusable sheet. This Menu Board is both waterproof and UV stable making it ideal for outdoor and indoor use.
We offer any size from 100 x 100mm to 1200 x 2400mm, board thicknesses of 3mm, 5mm or 10mm. You can also have them cut to almost any shape!
Do you have more than one design that you need printing? To order multiple versions or sets of this product, simply select how many different designs you require in the box marked ‘kinds’.
For additional protection add a layer of either vibrant gloss or elegant matt lamination.
Drill Hole Guidelines
Drill holes are 5mm wide.
If all sides of the part are 400mm or more, drill holes will be placed 30mm from the edges.
If any side is less than 400mm, drill holes will be placed 15mm from the edges.
Make sure to keep important design elements away from these drilling areas.
