Both options are 100% biodegradable, compostable and recyclable, making them a responsible choice for modern food businesses.

Technical Specifications for Custom Greaseproof Paper

To set up artwork for our greaseproof paper, choose either full colour CMYK or a single Pantone option. Once you’ve decided on the print method that suits your design, check the technical specifications below for how to supply your artwork.

Full Colour CMYK orders:

Print Method: Full Colour Inkjet  

• Colours: Full Colour (CMYK)  

• Resolution: 300dpi  

• Graphics: Raster Images & Vector

• File Format: PDF  

• Supply artwork in CMYK.

Top tips:

Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.

Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.

Outline all fonts.

Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.

Flatten your design and avoid using overprint settings to ensure all elements print exactly as intended.

One Pantone Colour orders:

Print Method: Flexographic printing 

• Colours: Single Colour 

• Graphics: Vector Only PDF, with all fonts outlined.

• Supply artwork in your chosen hex colour (see our single colour artwork guidance).
