This is mostly down to using lines that are too fine or serif fonts that are too detailed. Simplify small text by removing serifs and thickening strokes. Keep your embroidered designs simple, and they will be more striking. Best for larger texts and simple graphics.
We've made it easy, and the minimum order quantity is simply 1 garment regardless of garment type.

Embroidery stitches thread directly into the fabric, so the design has physical texture and holds up to repeated washing, abrasion, and outdoor wear far better than printed transfers. DTF sits on top of the fabric as ink, which can crack or fade with heavy use, a real problem for softshells and fleeces that get washed often or worn in rough conditions. The trade-off is cost and detail: embroidery can't reproduce photographic gradients or very fine text the way print can, and it costs more per unit at low quantities because of digitising and setup time. For logos, initials, and simple graphics on outerwear, embroidery is usually the better long-term choice.
