Once you have placed your order you can upload your print-ready artwork. Please allow 3mm bleed on all sides, and supply as a CMYK PDF (preferably PDF/X1a) with all fonts outlined or embedded and with a resolution of 300dpi. Download our templates below to assist with setting up your artwork.

For double-sided CMYK printed PVC cards business cards with special finishing please supply your artwork as a 4-page PDF. Page 1 is the front of the artwork, page 2 is the back of the artwork, page 3 will be the Foiling artwork and page 4 should be blank.
If you are printing a one-sided PVC card with finishing, then a 2-page PDF is required where page 1 is the design and page 2 is the Foil artwork.
The Foil artwork should contain solid black shapes in the exact position where the Foil is required. Please ensure Foil artwork is a vector path, 100% black only and does not contain any cyan, magenta or yellow.
Please note: Foil application has registration tolerances of approximately ±0.5 mm. It is not, therefore, recommended that small text (10pt minimum) or thin lines (1pt minimum) are foiled as perfect register cannot be guaranteed. You should not represent your foiling artwork on the CMYK print artwork to eliminate any risk of misregistration of the foil.
