Rounded corner business cards are standard 85mm x 55mm cards with each corner cut to a 6mm curve. They can be printed on both sides, on 450gsm silk as standard, with optional matt lamination. The softer corners make them stand out from square cards in a stack or a card holder.
No. Supply a normal rectangular design at 85mm x 55mm with 3mm bleed, and we will cut the corners. Drawing the curves yourself can leave a thin white edge if your shape and the cutter don’t line up exactly.
Yes. You can include anywhere from one to 100 different designs in the same order, so every member of staff can have their own name and number on matching cards.
The corners and the quantities. Classic Business Cards are our everyday option and have square corners, more quantity options and an extra card stock of 350gsm recycled uncoated. Rounded-corner cards are the same size, with a 6mm curve that makes them easy to pick out.
The minimum order is 250 cards, from £24.21 ex VAT with Saver delivery, and you can also order 500, 1,000 or 2,000. Delivery is free to mainland UK, though exceptions apply.
No, as long as your important information isn't in those corners. Essentially, the 6mm curve removes a little of each corner, which mainly affects borders, corner icons and lines that run edge to edge. Use our rounded-corner template: it shows exactly where the cut falls.
Pro Tip: Keep your text or logo clear of all four corners, and if you're adding a border, give it a 6mm radius in the corners and keep it well within the safe zone and bleed. If your design has a border, check it on the template first, so the curve meets it evenly at every corner.
