What are your delivery times?*
Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed and any artwork is approved. We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe provided; however, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers, which are beyond our control.
Can I create custom tote bags with my own design?
Absolutely, you can! Our Design Online tool makes it simple to create custom artwork for your tote bags. Just click "Start Designing" to upload your images and graphics, and personalise your design. You can also use our tools to add text and shapes to your artwork. Once you're finished, easily submit your design for printing.
What is the thickness of the black strip along the bottom of the personalise photo tote bag?
The black detailing is only available on the large version. The black strip that runs along the bottom of the bag is 20cm thick.
