Each bag is crafted from 140gsm Brown Biokraft paper — a durable, damp-resistant material made from specially selected pulp to ensure a smooth, uniform finish. This paper stock is both recyclable and compostable, making it an eco-friendly choice. For added structure, red bags are made from 160gsm KBM paper. Handles are made from twisted paper, with black and red bags featuring colour-matched handles, while all other colours are paired with classic brown handles for a timeless look.
We use single-colour flexographic printing — ideal for bold, monochrome designs that are clean and uncomplicated. Your artwork will be printed centrally on both sides of the bag, with a fixed print area of 150 x 80 mm, keeping your branding clear and consistent.
