What are your large format delivery times?*

Delivery times vary depending on the specific product and whether you choose, Saver, Standard or Express turnaround.  Expected delivery times are show on the pricing grid. 

Which rigid board is best for outdoor use?

We have a wide selection of materials that are suitable for outside use. From Di Bond to Foamex boards. We advise that you want to select a material that is water and UV resistant for a long lifespan outdoors.

Can I get a custom size board?

Yes, our rigid board products are all available in custom sizes. Please note, there may be minimum and maximum restrictions depending on the material. You can get more information when you are placing your order on the product page.

Do you offer a banner that can be recycled?

We are proud to offer PVC Free banner material. This material is robust and can be easily recycled after use. Please just remember to remove the metal eyelets before recycling

Can I get my eyelets positioned where I want?

Sadly no. When your artwork runs through our printing system, the eyelets are automatically applied to your design for optimal strength. Please do not add your own eyelet placements when submitting your artwork.

Can I get my magnetic signs custom-cut?

Yes, you can. Magnetic signs are available with custom cutting. Please choose the option when ordering and submit a cutting guide as per our instructions on the product page.

Are these magnetic signs ok to use on the side of vehicles?

Magnetic signs are perfect for vehicle use. They have a smooth, flexible backing that doesn’t damage car paint. Just remember to ensure the surface is clean and free of any grit or debris before applying your magnetic sign.

When ordering my flag, can I choose a different base?

We have a wide range of different bases to choose from for flags. From Water Tank bases to Drive On Car bases. Al the options are available on our product pages.

Can I wash my flag?

After your flag has been outside for a while, it may become grubby. Luckily, you can remove the flag material from the pole, and machine wash it at 30 degrees. After it is washed, let it dry naturally before reusing it.

Is it easy to apply vinyl to a window?

Yes, all our vinyl comes with an easy-to-remove backing for simple remove-and-stick application. Please ensure that the surface is clean and dry before application. If you do need to adjust the material, you can simply spray on some water and move, and remove any air bubbles with a squeegee. If you are not confident to apply the vinyl yourself, please seek a professional.

Can you print white on a window vinyl?

You cannot use white within your design as white is not a printable colour for our vinyl materials. Any white areas supplied in your artwork will be printed as transparent, not white.

At the moment, we do not offer white underpinning on vinyl, so white cannot be reproduced on this material.

I would like to order a Chalkboard with no print.

Of course. In the drop-down menu, you can choose to order a stand-alone chalkboard with no design.

If I already have an A-Frame stand, can I order just a new poster?

Yes, you can. If you already own an A-Frame, you can simply order another poster by itself to reuse in your frame. This saves you money and is also kinder to the environment.

Can I easily dismantle a rigid display stand?

Rigid Display Stands have a collapsible frame that can easily be erected and dismantled when required. A handy carrier case is also supplied for transporting your stand from place to place.

Can I purchase a new cover for my stretch snake stand?

Yes. A great feature of our Stretch Snake Stand is you can purchase an entire unit, frame, and cover, or just a cover. If you have previously purchased a snake stand then you can reuse the frame for a different project by simply ordering a new cover.

What are your suggestions if I want my cardboard totem stand to last longer?

To extend the life of your cardboard sign, we suggest opting for a gloss or matte lamination. This will add a protective coating to the surface of your sign and extend the life of your print. Cardboard signage is a fantastic product, as it is cheaper than other signage materials and can give you an impressive industrial aesthetic. However, cardboard is not the hardest-wearing of materials. Adding lamination definitely helps.

Can I have multiple cut-outs on a Custom Printed Cardboard Cut-out?

No, we can only produce a single, outer edge cut on a custom-printed cardboard cut-out. If you require multiple prints, then you will need to order multiple-sized boards with their own unique cutting guide.
