Once you have placed your order you can upload your print-ready artwork. Please supply as a CMYK PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded and with a resolution of 300dpi and no bleed. Please ensure that your background is transparent, as any remaining background colours, including white, will be printed. Download our templates below to assist with setting up your artwork. If you wish to print white in your design, please ensure that it is NOT set to overprint. For more information please see the technical specification at the bottom of this page.

GILDAN GD14 Printed Long Sleeved T Shirts

Choose warmer workwear with our full colour printed long-sleeved t-shirts.

Printed using the direct to garment process and available in 12 colours with mix and match sizes S-XXL in a versatile unisex fitting.

High quality branded workwear on a budget. 

Single or double-sided full-colour printing on the front, back or left chest simply place your design on our template in the area that you want it to appear on the T-Shirt.

All of our t-shirts are ethically, legally and humanely produced, contain no harmful substances for people or the environment and are vegan friendly.

T-Shirt Specifications

  • Brand: GILDAN GD14
  • 100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey knit.
  • Weight: White 183 gsm, Colours 203 gsm
  • Seamless twin needle 7/8" collar.
  • Taped neck and shoulders. Rib cuffs.
  • Twin needle bottom hem. Quarter turned to eliminate centre crease.
  • Ultra tight knit surface, excellent for screen print and embroidery.
  • Tearaway label 

Washing Instructions

  • Machine wash 30 degrees
  • Turn inside out with like colours
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron if printed 
  • Tumble dry on medium

Setting Up Design Files For Long-Sleeved T Shirt Printing

Printed using the Direct to Garment (DTG) method, this technique allows for intricate details and vibrant colours, making it ideal for graphics, photos, and designs with gradients or multiple shades. With cutting edge digital printing technology, DTG printing produces sharp, long-lasting prints that retain their vibrancy even after repeated washes. This process ensures your designs stand out with remarkable clarity and colour depth.

  • Print Area: (left chest) 10 x 10 cm, (back) 31 x 40cm, (front) 31 x 40cm

We’ve made creating your artwork even easier with our Design Online tool. Simply upload your logo, text, or graphics and position them on the canvas to create a ready-to-print file—no fuss. 

Artwork Upload 

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  
  • Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  
  • White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
